x2beach -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:23:58 PM)

I will take some pics in just a few.. I dont think it needs to be any faster honestly. its pretty damn fast.. It keeps up with my Brushless LST2

KRO -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:24:52 PM)

Thats great too hear ! Mine should be here tomorrow ![:D]

I will post how it stacks up against my brushless RC18T [X(]

Probably wont be as fast (8000Kv in the RC18T) but I will bet it out handles/jumps it .....

What color was yours ? So far the only one I have seen was silver and looked nothing like the pic Tower has ......

x2beach -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:26:15 PM)

I got 2.. Red one and Grey one. I will post pics of both!

rcking1 -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:27:22 PM)

KRO -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:32:10 PM)

rcking1 -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:34:31 PM)

that thing should be so fats if u have the rite batery. KRO. wat battery do u use

KRO -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:38:23 PM)

I have a few 2s Lipo's , and a couple of 3s LiPo's . Its almost undriveable with the 3s 11.1v in there .

With the 2s LiPo's its great on and off road .

Will probably look at getting a 4s 14v Lipo for the NOW though [:D]

rcking1 -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:39:54 PM)

wats a good battery that i can get for teh mamba 8000 kv cause i plan on puting that in my trinity now and are thier any battery that fit the conecters if the now

KRO -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:50:28 PM)

It looks like it comes with Tamiaya connectors , I would change them too Deans plugs anyway .

It looks like a variety of batteries will fit in the NOW so your choices arent as limited .

KRO -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/20/2007 10:51:55 PM)

Its Plenty fast with 3c 1350 Lipo it comes with.. the speedcontrol cannot take 4cell . I dont think it needs to be faster.. I am changing all the connectors to DEANS this weekend. I also got all the hopup parts fot them if you want to pics of that let me know!

rcking1 -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/21/2007 12:49:21 AM)

x2beach -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/21/2007 12:58:20 AM)

Dokioto -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/21/2007 3:58:28 AM)

I see a few changes (besides it being electric) from the Nitro version.

jonnymobil -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/21/2007 4:26:08 AM)

hey i got mine today and it is scary fast!for real you dont need anny upgrade or bigger motor.its just nuts out of the box.i am having some glitching probems and i dont know what is causing it.i switched out the reciever so i can use my mini lst2 2.4ghz system for more reliability,its way to fast for AM controll.what i think happened is the lipo girked out and it started glitching.i am trying to reset the mamba controller to the new radio sytem and it is not easy for a beginner.alot of beeps and sounds.but yea,get one,its worth it.

jonnymobil -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/21/2007 5:07:57 AM)

o yea and for some reason the front left shock is completely devoid of oil and the other 3 are nice and damped.i duno.oand i got no users manual so if something breaks i guess im screwed.and i am having problems adjusting the slipper clutch,it has so much power that i cant tell if it is slipping or not.

KRO -> RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression (12/21/2007 5:45:46 AM)

Hey jonny , found the manual online for ya !~
