I've never delt with hobbypro on any issue so I have no idea what the company is like. When you see the manual you'll understand. I tried to do business with JHC Developement Enterprise, Inc. and had less then stellar results. Enough said. I take that back, If you are to look on their website it shows a replacement body for $60. This was not the case in my situation, it is well above $60, hence why I cancelled my order. There are other reasons too but who cares. Its not worth the time. VS stands for VS model sport racing http://www.vsmodelsport.com/ They sell the car but also deal in the high end cars. I have had nothing but stellar service from them. They have sat on the phone with me while I flounder about looking for part names and have gone above and beyond when it comes to helping me become more knowledgeable about the cars (this is well after five their time on a Friday). No question is to dumb for them. Atleast they don't voice it. VS also has the aluminum parts made by Hobbypro for the Hobbypro car, which I didn't know existed, as well as the FG parts which also fit the car at a much higher price. Alot of the parts are interchangeable and the guys at VS will let you know what does and doesnt fit if you choose the FG route. If you were to do that just buy a car made buy FG. The Hobbypro car is a blast. If you are looking for fun at a small expense, as far as these cars go, its a great buy. Don't forget, if you do buy one, save yourself alot of grief and go through tightening all screws and nuts before you ever hit the road. Loctite is your friend. Pertaining to my previous post, Besides the suspension parts I have changed, the tires that I put on the car are the difference between night and day!! Spend the money and upgrade immediately!!!! Any thoughts on pipes?
