Hello. I recently bought one of your P40E planes and am in the process of putting it together. I'm having a bit of trouble with the engine mount and the aft wing attachment to the fuse. It seems that no matter what I do, the bols always bind and get stuck in the T nut recievers. Do youhave any suggestions or hints for how to make this (or any other aspect of the assembly) easier? Thanks for the help. BTW, what a GREAT looking plane right out of the box.

I think he is spinning the blind nuts with the wing bolts.

----

What you need to do is firmly affix the blind nuts first.

It helps to remove them, and apply a bit of epoxy to the outside of the nuts.

Then put them back in place and "pull" them in with a bolt and a washer directly placed on the blind nut, to yank them into the wood.

Once dry CA the surrounding area to re-inforce it.
