Need your assistance. My 2300 is not holding a steady idle. Once you start it up and run the throttle up and back down it idles at 40,000 for a period of time then it will start going down and usually go all the way down to 23,000 before it will recover and go back to 34-36K and drift between 34-36K. It really seems to be surging more than it should.
