I am framing up the wings on an Ultra Sport 60 and in the process of installing the plywood retract mounting blocks. They seem to be about 3/32" to short (on the plans and wing), even with the front rib doublers in there correct places (dry fit). I made an extra 3/32" balsa filler to sandwich between the plywood front rib doubler and the W-4 ribs to close the gap but not sure If I should glue it all in yet. Am I missing something?

Thanks,
David

I had to do the same issue with mine. In a way it may make the gear mounts even stronger with an extra layer of wood and glue??
