hi got a 1/8 truggy but i need radio gear and iam woundrin what to get i just want something that will do the job thanx

You can check out any FM radio system on the net pretty much. The Futaba 3PM and Airtronics MX3 just to name a few. I would recommend going with 2.4ghz though. Both of the radios I posted come in 2.4ghz as well. They are roughly $50 more for the 2.4ghz, but definitely worth it. Read up on the advantages of 2.4ghz, you will be amazed. (that's why I went 2.4 gig!)

Only $130 for a Spektrum DX2.0.

if you like the feel of the jr radio then yes but i cant stand the feel so for me i would have bought it and sold it. but for the price its a great radio if you like the way it feels

well that one is $150 for the radio and 1 receiver but if you buy the one for $200 it comes with 2 receivers so if you own 2 cars you can put a receiver in each one so all you need is one radio
but if you buy the $150 one then you get a new car in the future and you want another receiver for it, the receiver will cost $90 or you can buy the $200 combo and already have an extra.
saves you $40 in the future
