Luisev, that is my Spektrum DX3R.

Was given it to endorse/promote it at an RC Trade Show that was held recentely.

Its not a final production version, what I mean by that, the final production one will differ from what I was given.

This is mainly a display peice, it works, but is not by any means a full fledged Spektrum.

In the one I was given, the under body electrics are the same as the DX2.

Forgot to tell him about it, as for the trigger, it is located behind the steering wheel, in the final production one, it will be slightly larger.

As for the one thats avaliable here, they are chinese knock-offs (Very Good ones saying that).

Its offical release date will be on the 15th January 2008, but some online stores will be carrying it by tomorrow.

Will post a couple of links where it should be avaliable in the next few days.

Happy Holidays.

Oh, and for my recommendation, id say go for it.

The FAAST system is just the ultimate when it comes to radios, highly recommended.

I like the 4pk but if it cost that much i dont think its worth it like the Nomadio sensor was when it was $500, you can get them for $400 now. Is the $600 price tag the retail price or the acutal price it will be sold for? I need to upgrade from my JR XS3 Pro becuase i have had my share of run aways from other people.

It will come down. Wasn't the 8ight-T like $600 and now Amain has them for under $500.

No, I really feel that Futaba has a habit keeping it's prices steady.

What I really like about the 4PK, is how much more advanced it is over the Spektrum.

The FASST (Futuba Advanced Spread System Technology) is the ultamite when it comes to radios.

Adding to that the Dual fail - safe.

If you're really considring the Spektrum, hold out till tonight, will try and get some links up as to where it could be bought.

And it has been released in some parts, I personally know of people in Australia, Sweden, and London who have bought one.

I'm going with the 4pk, My futaba 3pk has been good to me since I purchased it when it came out.
I don't think this new one will give me any grief. Not to mention I really like the way it looks lol.
