Here is some of my initial CAD modelling work on the Benzin Mechanics. I don,t have the inner surface to surface distance from side frame A to side frame B (Z axis distance). Anyone please tell me the actual distance between these two side frames.

Your help would be sincerely appreciated ..

Thanks !

regards,
Pradeep

Are you making your own mechanics? Make sure you guys are on the same page, as in inside distance between the two frames? Not outside or something like that .

Thanks Lins !

To manufacture it, I first need to complete the whole CAD model & the analysis. Trust me with the kind of machines availabe in todays world, manufatcuring is the easiest part... & more over I stay close to a very huge Industrial belt in my city..
