Status: offline 		I need to purchase some bullet connectors for my latest project but all my LHS has are 3mm. Does anyone know how many amps these can handle? I need something capable of 75 amps. Thanks!

Status: offline 		My Friend Ted is using nothing but bullet connectors for all of his high power EDF jets they work great and
no issues to note he's drawing high amps on his 12s set ups.
He says they are much better than deans or zero loss connectors.
You dont have to make any adapters, saves weight and prevents heat from building up
in your wires. I believe he said they are good for up to 200 amps maybe more.
He has a degree in electronics and a guru when it comes to matters like this.

That said I have 3mm on a pylon racer pulling 35 and they don't get warm at all.

I dislike any bullet types because each insertion & removal stretches them a lot.

I use plain old yellow 10 guage FULLY insulated male & female Faston connectors from Home Depot or Lowe's Electrical Dept. THEY ARE standardized and easily carry 40 amps. Rated for 30 by law.
