Because of the Fiberglass fuse that's a pretty heavy plane to start with.

It could easily use a 40-50cc gas engine or a 1.60+ 4C engine, so you will need a fairly heafty electric motor to give it the same amount of power.

Couple that with the battery packs and it will not be cheap.

MAY HAVE TO GO BIGGER WITH MORE CELLS MANUAL SAYS FLY WEIGHT 11.6 ELECTRIC AUW 14LBS LIGHTENING 150.100 WATTS PER LB. SHOULD BE PLENTY FOR SCALE FLIGHT
