Yes you are correct about the endpoints. I use a swashplate leveling tool for getting the swashplate level at full negative, 0, and full positive pitch. Usually there is just one servo that's off from the others. Depending how far it is I adjust the other lower two servos to be the same height as the higher servo. Doing this helps keep the swashplate level for the full travel up and down. This might also affect your pitch at center stick, so you might be below or above 0 pitch. So you will probably have to adjust some other pushrods to get the correct pitch. Then with a pitch gauge check the full negative and positive pitch. I would recommend -9 to -11 degrees for the negative side and +9 to +11 degrees for the positive side. Just make sure you have the exact opposite for positive and negative pitch ex(-11 and +11). If you have any more questions I will be glad to help out. I have heard the B400 is pretty sensitive to inputs compared to other 400-450 sized helicopters, so you might want to add some EXPO. But I choosed to learn with out it. Nick
