Hi guys,

I want to make new pack A123 , and bought on ebay 2 Dewalt packs to obtain the cells, In one pack I have two cells with .720 and .625 volts , the pack is still assembled. Are these dead or should I try to charge them with the others or simply discart them?

i would contact the seller and see if they'll exchange it(entire battery).

Those two cells are not happy cells. I would try and get the seller to replace the whole battery. If he won't then you can try to charge them and see if they come up, nothing to lose.

I received one DeWalt pack with a cell at 0.569 volt. I charged it to 3.3 to match the others and it is part of a 5S pack that is doing just fine.

I can't return the pack because it would be more expensive than buying the two separate cells, also the pack is unassembled, I found out when I was getting the cells. Tomorroy I will try to charge back the two cells. Do you have any Idea how to charge this cells, I have different ways. (Ice charger, Schultze ) this have problems because they precheck the cell count. Cell phone chargers, sony lion charger , radioshack batery charger for Nimh . ???? Any Ideas ?

ONE OF MY SELLS WERE very LOW. i CHARGED THEM UP AND STILL PERFORMES GREAT. i SLOW CHARGES THEM AND SPECIFIED THE SELL COUNT....USING HYPERION 6S CHARGER

They are alive , my cells are totally OK , I guess I should put some cycles to see if they are OK.
