Because of the nature of this thread (deciding to close the AMA forum or not) we did not do any moderating here. There were many comments that probably wouldn't have been left in place in other threads, but this was part of the decision process as well. Now that Marc has made the choice to leave the forum open I'm going to go ahead and close this thread.
