Yeah, I am planning on keeping the stock tab on it unless it fails. I think it should work.

you may not even need a battery bar, check this guys (vballcoach) out...he didnt open the pack it looks like

1/16 buggy, might be a bit too big for my 1/18...looks like it anyway

thanks for the props lolbbq!

Yeah, I just used 2 male spade plugs and put a deans on the end as seen in the pic. I just remove them when I need to charge it on the BD charger.
It fit's real nice in my Ferret. Has much better punch and longer run times than the stock 7200 nimh. Plus I may get a BD VPX drill so I can still use this battery..my old Makita's nicad batts are dying.

Jeez, thats approaching twice the regular voltage. These things are the bomb!

What is the perfect amount of time/voltage with a nimh charger?

i charge to 8.4 volts on a regular pirana charger and it works great but you have to keep a close eye on it because they take a charge very fast but these things are the bomb indeed ) we love ours and will be buying as many as i can get my hands on
the funny thing is i would never put these in a drill they are to sweet for the rc LoL great tip on the batt's tho you gotta love rc universe

Are you talking about the parana digital peak charger that has an lcd screen and three buttons? If it is, I am in luck because I have that exact one. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCLD5&P=7 Thats the same one, right? Or is it the one with no screen?

Sorry guy my camera is at the hospital...we just had a baby boy!.. Anyway I run the CAW chassis asnd run a 3s pack on the left side like you would a stick pack.

If you have a voltmeter check the pack voltage. If it read below 9v that is why your charger is not letting you charge it. Or if your charging through a balance port the either you have a bad cell or your balancer took a you know what. Check the pack voltage and see. If you have a lhs bring the pack to them and have them check the individaul cells on their balance charger.

yes sir that is the same charger we have about 15 charges on the pack so far and it works great they charge in about 20 minutes or so but you have to keep a close eye on them once the pack reaches 7 votls it really starts accepting the charge fast we just take ours off at 8.4 volts and it seems to be fine thses little things are pretty punchy has any1 made a 3 cell pack yet ?
