Will this servo work on a 13 pound plane for primary controls and is it a good srevo the torque is 131 oz. in. at 6 volts. Anyone have experience with this servo

The answer will probably depend on the plane. If it a relatively mild bird, it should do fine. But if you put it on a hot-dogging 3D ship or something really fast, it might not be enough.

Depends on how you want to fly it. If you need 3D throws, it will be plenty for the ailerons and elevators, (you will have two elevator servos and two aileron servos) but you might want more on the rudder.

If you just want to fly IMAC or sport fly and you use proper mechanical advantage, the 645 is way more than you need.

As to experience, I have used 645s on several aerobatic, but non-3D, giant scale planes in the 20-25 pound range with zero problems.
