ok, so i have a Tamiya F103, the original 1, its got everything to run, but needs new tyres and i wanna rebuild it.

So from rcmart ive found the rear alloy motor box, they sell foams, so ive got a medium for front and rear, Ive got a 3Racing alloy oil dampening shocks, and some spur gears, the D parts tree

Now what i NEED, is the Front and rear wing, and a new body, i really want to make this thing look good, like it once used to lol.

Just wondering, what parts from the F103GT are compatible with the F103 as they are based on the same car, And is it possible to fit a mamba system into them? For the time being im just goting to get a Orion Method R 15x2 motor to run in it.

Also ive got a Mtroniks Tempo 11 forward/brake ESC, now, i didnt know much about ESCs when i got it and basically just plugged it in to the motor and went, but i had no brakes, later i read the instructions and it said to install a Schotky diode between the neg and Pos motor terminals, will of running it without the diode of ruined the brake function of the ESC? The ESC still works, but i havnt been able to test to see if the brake works as i have no motor anymore. Thanks

bodies and wings are available from ebay at decent prices, not sure if anywhere else would stock such old items. a nice vintage ride though

the Tamiya F2001 body wont fit, and the rest would, but aren't made by Tamiya, i personally would stick with ultra scale Tamiya bodies..
