Finally, and aircraft thats foam that isnt a flexi-flyer.Manufacturers take note, the bar has been raised! As soon as I can, I am going to order me one of these.

Either those two ladies are both petite or the plane is really big(?) . How thick are the elevator, rudder and aileron parts? Are those simple 6mm depron? Looks so nice and sturdy.

The Yak will be ready in a few weeks. I will be taking Pre-order later this week. The core is plywood and foam.

The tail feathers are 6mm depron with a balsa TE for added stiffness, and yes they are very strong, great for HARD 3-D and over powering!

They are both petite

but the Extra 260 is a good size plane and yes it is very sturdy (6mm)!! I have abused my Extra...WOT snaps...tumbles whatever...I can't hurt it!! I am working on some video...and I will say it here that it is hands down the best single wing plane I own for high alpha knife edges...no coupling at all...locks in and I have personally ran an entire battery in knife edge!

The day I took this picture I had lost control (my fault) in a hover and crashed it...not even a scratch! Everytime I am out flying...it always gets a lot of attention...and when people come over to see it they can't believe it is foam...it has become my everyday plane...heck I fly it in front of my house...it is that easy to control. Video coming soon!
