You can probably fly non-stop to HOUSTON , TX.... I will pick you up at the airport....
You can battle and then be Home without anyone knowing you were gone for a weekend!

We will have a cool new vendor this year.... RC COMMAND is coming.... Bill and Co. will be at the BIG BATTLE Weekend... so bring plenty of $$$$$ for some new HL, DBU equipped tanks that will be for sale!!

Status: offline 		Hey Tomas, I hope you are keeping watch on the hurricane. The latest computer models show it coming on land north of C.C. and making a course up and to the west of Houston. Looks to be in your neck of the woods. Make sure you strap down the new shed and bring in all the loose stuff. If it comes in as a category 3 or 4 as projected it will still pack a mean punch by the time it gets to you.

WE WILL BE HAVING FUN... THis will pass and be OVER a week before our event!

Our building has Hurricane straps and all already installed...

drainage is installed on the battlefield and everything is tucked away nice and neat!

We are working out there at BOMBERFIELD / TEXAS ARMOR FIELD tomorrow SUNDAY....

According to sources everything is in still intact... very lucky... thank GOD!

Status: offline 		JUST GOT BACK from an all day at BOMBER FIELD...

NO DAMAGE !!! WE ARE TRULY BLESSED!! Only that the 2 port-o-potty's were on their sides... and a few brave souls righted them...
luckily they had just been "FRESHENED" so they were clean and only a little "BLUE MAGIC JUICE" got out

OK.... yes it was wet until 12 NOON !!!

THEN THE SUN CAME OUT and dried up all the rain... and the itsy bitsy spider climbed up the wall again !!!

Really gents.... IT IS ALL GOOD !!! Just for those who don't know... the soil, clay out there really soaks up the rain fast...

IN fact by the time I left today at 7pm about 1/2 of the water that was on the ground , especially be RV PARKING ROW and infront of our TEXAS ARMOR CLUB HOUSE was 1/2 way absorbed.... the battlefield will be completely dry by Tuesday !!

BB and Nick and the rest of us were at work... Things will be perfect for this weekend... THE rest of the water in the drainage areas WILL be gone by WEDNESDAY!

WEATHER IS EXPECTED TO BE SUNNY ALL WEEK and will really help to get rid of that water!

So .... HERE ARE THE PHOTOS... for you all who know RANDY and those who don't.... HE SAID TO GET YOUR TAILS DOWN THERE NOW!!! also George Jones and Mrs Jones from New Mexico also arrived today....

Nick Stratos also has his RV trailer in position already...

SO YOU ALL THERE... COME BY THE TEXAS ARMOR BATTLEFIELD, check out the action, pick up a tank from RC COMMAND, do some battling AND SAY HI!

After Danville this is a must place to battle! I am really looking forward to hearing the battle news and seeing all the pictures! I have made a promise to Bill, that he and I will be better prepared for next year and will be showing in full force for next summers battle! Keep us posted, I never get tied of pictures and videos!

THANKS for the kind words... We tucked all the buildings away inside... so all is well...
sunday we even put some finishing touches on a few!!

YES!! DO PLAN ON NEXT YEAR IF YOU cannot make it this year... SKIES are sunny and it is cool now.... we will be having a great battle day!!!!!!!

Weather forcast;

Clear skies and 58 degrees with it going down to about 51 by Friday... Day time is going to be in the mid 70's. Great weather always follows a hurricane.

Come on down, lots of AIRPLANES FLYING, BATTLES TO BE HAD, GREAT WEATHER, GREAT FRIENDSHIPS TO BE MADE... there are 15 confirmed vendors and tons of beautiful clear skies... need I say more...

Ground is completely dry..


LOTS and Lots of RV's .. I counted well over 15 RVs and it was at about 10pm tonight.. These are some of the Pilots homes away from home.. It will be an awesome event...

RC Tankers are arriving Friday/evening...
