Skywalker,

The airplane requires low profile mains and a belly mount nose gear. We can provide a set of JHH HD gear if you need a source; please contact us directly.

Regards,
Larry Wolfe

Larry,
It's good to see you participate in the forum.
Looking forward to the release of the Fury ARF.
A sweet flying model now with the convenience of an ARF.
Bob

Your cracks in the fuse can easly be repaired. Use some thin C/A on them then onthe in side sand them with 80 grit sand paper and clean the aera with laquere thinner. this goes for any aera you will be epoxying in formers too. Use some strips of 3/4 oz fiberglass cloth. Get yourself some Finish cure epoxy from Zap. Mix it 50/50 and brush it on the inside of the fuse where the crack is then lay in your strip of fiberglass. Have you glass cut before hand. An easy way to cut the glass is to go to your local fabric store i.e. joan fabric and pick up a fabric cutting wheel.

The thrust tube fits flush to the fuse. It will also be cut to form to the over hang at the tail. One thing you might want to do is put a 1/2 bulk head ring in the tail to tie the vertical fin and horizontal fins togeather. The fuse in this aera will have some flex left and right viewed from the back forward. The 1/2 ring will stiffen this up. Also you wight want to consider a 1/8th inch ply spare about 2 to 3 inches up into the vertical fin and tied into the 1/2 ring.

F-16 Skywalker with that powerplant be ready for "ballistic" performance but also watch the flying time for avoiding dead-stick landings. Also remember to improve the fan tail cone fairing if you do not want it to be "blowt-out" from the tail when you speed up the engine as I suffered with my Maverick till simply I removed it.

Best luck with the building and flying.

Best Regards,

Jesus Cardin
