Thanks Mike, I was wondering what that was for.
I have her up on her legs now, the nose strut is at a friend getting resized,(it was too big)
so I have her nose on a temperary wire strut its way short and looks silly.
when the robart strut comes back in a couple days it will look better with the proper AOA.

although I could kick myself in the a$$ expoied the nose retract plate and left it to dry and the plate shifted unoticed until to late, nose strut is slightly off as you can see in the pic.

Good job, Skywalker!

Mine, in buffed chrome, gets very hard to see in certain attitudes, the wings seem to disapear. You won't have that problem!

What is your overall weight, with the '77?

thank you, I havent took a weight check on it yet, I will when all the radio and equitment is installed.
as for the nose strut being off a bit I guess I could always place a couple washers to shim one side,
I used that method before with good results.
anyone know the best way to balance this bird, finger method vs. ????
I will video the maiden but may have to figure out how to put it here on RCU, cam is tape and not digital so i'll have to convert it some way.
also I may win the UGLYest Jet award at Cinn. Jets. .lol

Here are a couple of pictures, trying to place the radio gear in the best places.
there is no where that I can put the receiver except in the picture , is receiver location a bad idea ?
note receiver is not mounted yet just sitting there for an idea.
also did not think this through with the feul tanks, plans call for two 10 oz and I had two 11 oz
on hand so I used them and make placement for everything a nightmare , not only the receiver but the air tank as well.

You should be able to put the receiver where you have the battery. Get a flat battery and place that on top of the nose ducting.
