My truck hes started a new problem. It seems to bogg on tne bottom and then struggles to rev. I adjust the carb and it srarts runnig good and for no apparent reason it boggs again after many adjustments. same result.I brought it in and noticed fuel all over the engine. I also took the header off and the gasket was torn in half. I will go to my lhs in the a.m. to get a header gasket and also the o rings for the carb. Does any one have a clue to what is going on? The plug is fairly new ,shoild I put a new 1 in also? input please!!

First thing first, make sure everything is sealed up, carb, back plate, exhaust...everything. Next I would set carb back to slightly leaner than factory settings if the engine is already broken in. If it isnt then set it to factory and start tuning.

i had an o-ring problem where the LSN needle went all the way in when i went full throttle with the truck, which made the truck bogg and then stall...

what engine are you working with? You can have a lean bog also there is a rich bog. The reason I ask what engine is b/c some of the MSN backs out on some engines.
