HI
I got the plans of the gitchellchute. Has anybody tried building it, or bought it. I want to know how it works. Is it worth givng it a shot. I have also builb a diver, lets say the wire frame tipe with arms moving to the front. Compairing them to the wooden or glassfibre tipe how do they perform. I must now build or buy a chute. I will try and post pictures of the diver later on.
Thanks

Here is a pic of the gitchell chute I made. This was my attenpt at building one, it turned out ok.
It has heavy line and needs to be restrung, and have the lines run all the way to the rings and not tied into the other lines.
If you pay shipping I will send it to you for free.

Hey GaryV,

I not trying to hijacy a post here or anything, but if you still have the gitchell chute, I'll pay shipping to get it.
I just spent the evening drawing out the rib and bottom pannel from the gitchell plans and could use a sample of the real thing to try to put one together.

Interested?
