just want to get my buggy up and going and funds aren't that great at the moment.. so was just wondering what is just the must haves for a break in... so far my list consists of... fuel..( any suggestions on % and etc?? ).. after run oil, air filter oil, glow plugs ( no idea what kind to get?? ) and is a temp gun a must?, so if theres something thats a must have that i missed let me know and tell me if i got everything right! ty!

use 20% fuel, i like the os a3 glow plug, after run for the end of the day, air filter oil and an igniter and your good to go. you can do a spit test to see the temp, you wipe some spit on your finger then wipe the top of the cooling head, if it sizzles and is gone right away, your too hot, if it evaporates in like 3-5 seconds you at the right temp range, if it sits there and takes more than 5 seconds to evaporate your too cool.

LOL, spit test always works, and do you mean 20& fuel? should i put after run oil in before i get it going are just after?

oh and.. its ok just to run the AA's in the car?

yes 20%, i just edited it, you can use alkaline aa's just make sure you wrap the battery case with electric tape a couple of time in the center to hold the batteries in, they can pop out and you will loose control and

For a noob I would recommend a temp gun also. Break in is crucial.
