You should get someone to make molds of that and we could get a composit plane when you're done...

it is 106 inch wing span. i am new at building. i am medically retired from the us marine corps after the war in Iraq so i have alot of time to build. i was thinking about using g38 for power but i am undesided. dose any one have any in put? please feel free to give advice on the build if you see anything i should change.

G-38's should be a good match.
I've got two of them in my present build of a Yellow P-38 that's a 101" WS.
They're simple and reliable and cheap.
Chief sells them for $290.

Zach,

Go with the 38s!!!! Get a couple of (small) 4 blade props with it. You will like how it fits in the cowl. Rear exhaust is fantastic. Come by my garage and pick one up for test fitting. It's layin on the work bench.
