Hey guys, i use to toy with the nitros a little back in the day and just gettin back into it and just bought a rustler 2.5 couple months ago. my problem is when i seem to get at half throttle theres not a lot of weight on the front end and its hard to handle. i was thinking about ajusting the shocks a little but wasnt sure is there was anything else that someone might recomend...

relocate the battery box to the front. I would not suggest metal rims... waste of money IMO

Put the traxxas soft springs in the rear and i've seen people relocate the batteries to the front and also put weights in the front along with the relocated batteries. Keeps the front wheels stuck to the ground and keeps your turning percise. If you want faster response, upgrade your servos ( I have hi-tec HS645-MG servo's and they respond very fast and are also increased strength)... and you could do the ball bearing steering from neweramodels.com... I havent done that yet but its on my list!!

Put limiters in the front suspension to limit the amount of rear weight transfer. Usually about .090 is enough. This will not allow as much weigh transfer to the rear under acceleration.
