I just want to thank Hitec for your extraordinary customer service. I have a Flash 5 which stopped working. I sent it in without a receipt and got it back repaired within a week!

A short-sighted manufacturer might have seen this as an opportunity to sell a new radio, but Hitec really demonstrated concern for the customer. When it's time for me to move up I will get another Hitec and when I am asked for recommendations I will recommend Hitec.

I just had a similar experience this past month! My Optic 6 quit working (would power on but not transmit) and the grab handle had broke off. I sent it in without the reciept (couldn't find it) and they sent it back the next week all fixed up! [X(] Great work Hitec! I'll probably be buying one of the new 9ch transmitters (if they ever come out [;)]).
