Status: offline 		I just want to thank Hitec for your extraordinary customer service. I have a Flash 5 which stopped working. I sent it in without a receipt and got it back repaired within a week!

A short-sighted manufacturer might have seen this as an opportunity to sell a new radio, but Hitec really demonstrated concern for the customer. When it's time for me to move up I will get another Hitec and when I am asked for recommendations I will recommend Hitec.

Status: offline 		I just had a similar experience this past month! My Optic 6 quit working (would power on but not transmit) and the grab handle had broke off. I sent it in without the reciept (couldn't find it) and they sent it back the next week all fixed up! Great work Hitec! I'll probably be buying one of the new 9ch transmitters (if they ever come out ).
