Has anyone got one of these planes yet? I like it since it has a square fuse that way my RX will not be hanging out in the wind. I have been wanting a little foamy and this might be the ticket.

i love mine. build it as light as possable. i run the 300 and a 640 to a 7somthin lipo 3s.
great power and great slow flight.
i mainly fly outside so i chose this over the new profile types.
great you cant go wrong for 50 bucks.
takes no time to build.

I got one home but got the 370. It weighs .7oz more than the 300???? Got some of the Hitec 45 servos for it. The 370 will go outside the firewall. Should I order a 300???

that is all up to you.
mine is balistic on the 300 and 760 lipo 3s.
the only thing i see having a problem is with a small light batt is your flight times with the 370.
you will probially be fine but keep it as light as possiable.

do you think I will be able to get the bat far enough back to balance with the extra weight and moving the motor to the outside of the firewall?? I am new to electrics, I have never had to worry about such small weights before.

I am looking for one too.I have the 300 and 370,the latter weighs quite a bit more,a few grams here and there add up.I ran the 370 on FMA 640's and got about 7-8 min in a BYP Yak.
Get a small wired 10-12 amp ESC,much lighter than some 18 amp.

nitro wing: It looks like you are getting deeper into electrics. They are neat to fly when you got a few min....even in winter when the sun pops out for a bit. Take Care Capt,n

I have the park 370 motor as well and some 3S x 1300mah batteries, it sounds like I would weigh down the plane too much with this combination. Does anyone have recommendations for a plane that could use a 370 motor and my 3S x 1300 batteries?
