Can you check to see if order #428109 is still under warranty? I've discovered a cracked engine block. I thought it was just two missing screws on the pullstarted, but after pulling that off and the backingplate (which was leaking), I discovered a sheared engine mount screw (vehicle right rear), and a crack in the engine frontside right along the crankcase. If this order# is still under warranty, can we get the engine replaced?

Status: offline 		Hey Bruzzer, I dont know what your budget looks like but for $164.99 you can get a Castle Creation Mamba 5700kv on Ebay, hell of a deal. Plus Castle's Customer Service is super nice. They'll help you with any and everything. I'd go for the $20 replacement for the time being, just to have something to run. But save you pennies for the Mamba. You'll thank me later. Plus I'd bet everything I have that it'll out last the EZRun Series on Nitrorcx.

Status: offline 		If you get the EZ run you are replacing both motor and ESC and you upgrade to brushless and it's wise to upgrade the battery as well. If $$ is an issue just get the stock ESC and you are back in action.

After billing my credit card and issuing me a confirmation and tracking number, they informed me that the buggy is out of stock. When I ordered it was in stock. Now I am stuck w/o a birthday gift. My order number is (yhst-14197398381157-24447). I would like a replacement to be shipped overnight to make it in time for his b-day.

Status: offline 		Beware Nitrorcx is a total ripoff !!! They sell cars that do not work !!! I have two cars that have problems and nitrorcx will not help me.
I purchased a brushless buggy that shutters like a junkie on CRACK. The shuddering seems to be very common on these cars because there forum is full of complaints.
I also have a 1/18 scale gas buggy and the servos twitch worse than a junkie on crack ???
There is a very small man there his name is andy and is worthless. He called me a crook and now refuses to deal with my problem. This small person has even went as far as to have me removed from the help forum ???
Let the buyer beware nitrorcx is a rip off and does not stand behind there defective cars. You can get the same deals with namebrand cars from Tower Hobbies for almost the same price, the only difference is Tower Hobbies will back up there sales and make the customer happy.
Good luck to all those battling nitrorcx for refunds !!!

I've had spur assemblies on backorder for FOUR MONTHS!!!!!!! These scumbags even went as far as to CHARGE MY CC FOR THE SPURS AND THE SHIPPING!!!! My lawyer calls that THEFT!!!! Also sent them an engine for RMA and never saw it again. My faith in the company and in Andy has sunk to the point that I may have to take legal action to recover my $$ and damages.
The Infinity sits in the corner with a blown tranny and no engine because Exceed/NitroRCX/E-Grandbuy/etc/etc/etc won't fulfill their orders or RMA's.

Too bad, the truck itself wasn't really a POS, just the company (companies).

Thank heavens for Traxxas. They have the best CS, parts availability, and trucks.
