Andy, I ordered parts for my hyperspeed car on 01/21/2008 and received them on 01/24/2008, but there was parts missing and no packing slip to tell me why the missing parts weren't in the box. I have emailed and called without any response.

Hey, just want to say that I ordered an exceed razor 1/8 buggy from nitrorcx and ordered some spare tires right away and they sent me huge truck tires. There part numbers for wheels/tires/rims don't match whats on the exceed website. Its not a big deal to me cuz its just $8 and not worth sending back ect. But I emailed them and just got automated responses. Just want to let them know to correct the problem.

Hi, Andy. I placed an order with Exceed the middle of January (order 309404). I received partial order but STILL waiting on the differiential gear wheel set for the Infinitive (51C08). I paid for this part way back when I ordered it and still haven't received it so I'm not real happy on that. This truck was a Christmas present for my son and he has spent more time on looking at it broke than playing with it! Please help!!!

Hey Andy, I got my car today, but it has the Mustang body on it, in an Outlaw Blue box, I ordered the MT green mutant. As long as everything is there It doesn't really bother me, though.
Oh yeah, the order number is yhst-14197398381157-9646

When I took of the body, I couldn't get it back on because the posts are in the ATV configuration. I sent you another PM.

The UPS box has the right items on it, but the box for the car said Outlaw, and the body was for the mustang. I ordered an MT Green Mutant.

I am not sure what I want to do. I looked at the posts and the shock towers for the front and back are bending pretty far. I should have it packed up soon to send in.

A properly drilled shell (MT Green Mutant) and the right front bumper would fix this.

I have decided to return this for the correct model, so i hope it is right next time.

the mutant and the ATV is the exact same model just the the cover is different you know. I can send the correct cover with the proper holes.

The front end is wrong, it was a weird bumper like the atv on it instead of the normal plate one.

If you could send the MT green cover that would be great.
If possible i could use the correct bumper too.

I guess I am a new customer to this company and I am already a bit peeved with you.. I do know that I did not have to order but I did.. Your customer service people must answer the phone for two or three companies are not extremely well trained in the products they are taking credit cards for and to TOP IT ALL OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You do not HONOR the pricing you advertise on your website!!!!!!!!!!!

and any other page on your web page lists the titan 1/8 scale truck at 249.95 but when you add it to your cart it comes up at the 269.00 price!!!!!! So at that point I decided to call in and I did had to wait till a little after three here on the east coast asked the person was the titan in fact on sale at 249.95 and yes was the response I received I said wonderful you want my cc # well not yet what website did you find this on?? Etc!! What the crap does it matter what website I found it on???? I called you looking to buy !! so after going through a process of seeing what website I bout it on and giving the csr the addy I was informed that 249.95 was the wrong price at that it would be 269.00 or whatever I agreed and bought the thing anyways… I really feel like I need a credit of 20 bucks or some extra tires wheels shocks or something I am gonna leave this in your hands and see what happens.. hope to hear from you soon.. oh yes I still would like the truth on this matter as well are these trucks exact to the hsp tornado or are they a knock off of a knock off??? One big reason I ask is the tornado is advertised on your site at $100.00 more that the titan?? The csr couldn’t answer that ??????????? either so with that said I am leaving this in your court and waiting to hear..

The price for this item is $269 and the price on those pages has errors and it has been fixed. There is no knock off here. HSP is the manufacturer for exceed and redcat.

Hi Andy, I ordered 2 pairs of wheels/tires on Wed Feb 13th from exceedRC, order# yhst-134304101927782-5648. The confirmation # is 324914. I paid for shipping via UPS 2nd day air and was informed they would be here Friday Feb 15th. I have not yet received them and when I use the tracking page on UPS website, it says it was billed on 2/13, but does not say if they were shipped. I am pretty mad as I needed them for the weekend and now I dont seem to be able to find out what is going on. I sent an email to ExceedRC yesterday but have not had a reply.
