It's nice to see Customer Service is still alive ! I had placed a large order from RTL Fasteners last night and used a promo code from another site to get 10% off the order . I logged into RCU this morning and what do i see , but a code for 25% from RTL . Imagine my frustration at passing up another 15% off on a $500 order . I pondered my dilemna all day at work , and once i got home I tried to call RTL to see what , if anything could be done , but due to the time zone difference , they were closed . I thought i would be SOL , but i e-mailed them anyway . Rich at RTL replied to my e-mail , and told me that my Paypal account had been credited for the extra 15% . Fellas , THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST !! Such a simple gesture that ( in my experience lately ) seems to have been lost in this day and age by alot of businesses and people in general . It's people like Rich that help to restore my faith that there are still a few good folks left . Thanks again Rich , you have gained a customer for life . [sm=thumbs_up.gif][sm=thumbs_up.gif]
