read fine scale modeler magazine. I was an award winning plastic scale model builder before i got into rc so the skills are easy to convert. all you need to do this is a straight edge, exacto blades, good sharp scissors both curved and straight. And a square to line all of it up. Just try it buy evergreen styrene .030-.040 its good and rigid.
Other ways id to buy a large battleship kit and order all the PE and resin aftermarket parts and learn. Take your time and measure thrice cut once.

Thanks on the compliments im building this and a 1/5 royal corsair at the same time so im busy

thanks im working on a corsair now for a couple days then back to the 17. i need to balance and maiden a b-25 (Leccy) all my birds are electric except a few. i will have the oxygen bottles and seats in place with the next set of pics. I got the chance to get involved in a royal 1/6 scratch build with a group of proffesional builders and could not turn down the opportunity
