I have an esky hbk2 and my tail seems like it doesnt have enough power, I have moved the tail servo closer to the gyro and i have put my "idle up" at the 10 o clock position and have tried the trim all the way over. I have full battery (my controller is in yellow though). I recently put in a new PIt servo in and I have leveled my swashplate. My blades are on track too. I also have a very strong wobble too, I can barely hold down my helicopter it vibrates so much now and the helicopter doesnt have front or back weight. : \ So any ideas on why my tail isnt getting enough power? Or why my wobble is getting worse.

did you have a hard landing (aka crash?) sounds like you have multiple problems -- which usually happens after a spectacular crash...your wobble could simply be caused by a ball link that is disconnected...that often happens after a crash, and it's a good thing, otherwise plastic pieces would break, or metal parts will bend...which brings me to the next obvious reason for the wobble...after every major crash, the spindle (feathering shaft) bends, and needs to be replaced...about the lack of tail authority -- check that the tail servo is actually increasing and decreasing pitch of the tail blades...look for extreme slop, binding, or anything that keeps the tail blades from moving in syncro with the tail servo arm...hope that helps...ken

Hmmm, my boom looks a tad bent, how do i remove that super tiny tiny screw in the back of the tail box the lead of my mechanical pencil can barely fit in there? Do i have to go to a watchmaker?
