I was thinking about just using the Zap glue all around... Anyone have any tips? How big a bead, apply very sparingly...?

Here are a few pics of my install. Nothing is set in stone yet. Still need to put smoke tank and smoke battery and plumb it. Need to mount ignition. Not real sure about the rudder set-up.. I am using kevlar cable and have the cables snug but not tight. First time using a JR and it seems awfully twitchy. Still havent set expo or anything.

Michaels and other craft stores also sell E6000.
I was thinking of mounting fuel tank underneath (if No cans) and smoke tank on top that way you can remove it easily if you want.

If I thought they would be a problem I would not supply them in the hardware kit.

I have used them with dozens of planes and all types of receivers. Just insulate the pushrods from the engine.

What Tom said.
2.4 is another ball game...and yes if you dont put expo in it it will be very twitchy, im running 60 to 80% in elevators and rudder, 30 to 40 in ailerons.
The new 9100 has made it even twitchy er....dont know why same plane, just changed, from a 9000 to 9100, maybe the power feed.

What makes them even twitchier is when servos and surfaces are set up extremely close to one to one ratios. At 6 volts or more things get real fast.

Run the travel adjust out to the max and see what it takes to get deflections to the max using the farthest out positioning on the surface side and no more than an inch out on the servo side. You'll likely find you will be farther out on the surface than you would have thought.

30 or 35% expo at low rates and 70 plus at high rates helps a lot too.
