Ordering one of what? The link is about a builder that allegedly scammed someone.

I would not believe anything that came from the mouth of Joe Hunt. He is a sociopathic liar and has a vendetta against Van Flowers to boot. Those are 2 reasons of many why I wouldn't believe a thing he wrote about Van in that thread you mention.

I've witnessed Joe Hunt's lies first hand and quite honestly wouldn't believe a single thing that came out of his mouth. You won't see me rag on anybody often but Joe has reserved a special place on a VERY short list of mine of people that I will come forth and tell the truth about in order to keep people from getting hurt by Hunt's deceptive and sociopathic ways.

Van had also setup a website exposing many of Joe's bad dealings called "joehuntsucks.com". I see the site is no longer active and do not know why but it is still registered (click link below) by another of joe's fan club.

http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois?STRING=joehuntsucks.com&SearchType=do

Last Joe has been banned for quite some time from RCU. He was also fired as a moderator here way back when in February of 2002. I just wasn't going to allow his lies to proliferate here on RCU so I see he goes elsewhere to do his damage.

I made a deal with Van Flowers for an engine last year. All I can tell you is that it was a great transaction. I talked to him on the phone and I came away from the dealings with him highly satisfied. Mike

All I'll say is that the guy that apparently got screwed, walked straight into it. To send all of that over without a proper written contract, and then just leaving it like that, well, its his own tough. he could actually do something instead of giving out about it.
This is purely based on what Joe has written, so chances are that I am completely wrong about it all, but anyway......

I have had nothing but good experiences with Van. Look at my gallery and the Cessna 195 to see his work. I'm very careful on deciding who builds for me after Ronnie Brown (and if you are reading this Ronnie, you still suck) took me for a ton of money.

Van, quit reading this and get back to work on my plane!

Well... I'll be the first to admit I have egg on my face. I had this exact same thing happen to me 18 months ago and here we go again. If anyone has any info please email me. I have not heard from Van for weeks now.

I had a thread going where I was trying to find a trade for my 40% 3W Extra! I can use a spare 35% plane as I only have one. I have three 40%ers. Is that what you meant?
