Mike, I am looking for best plane to fly IMAC / precision mostly and some 3D.
I have a good Saito 125 that I would like to use in this plane.
What is your better and best suggestions?

Is the Saito 125 good for consideration or should I just get a larger plane with gasoline engine?
Thanks,

If your serious about IMAC competition, no 125 sized airplane is going to cut it. Several would be fine to start in basic class, and for Basic, you dont have to use a scale airplane. I'd recommend the ShowTime 90 or the Funtana X100 for Basic and some great 3D on the Saito 125.

Thanks for the response. You pointed out an excellent consideration that the Saito 125 would not be good for serious competition.
Then these two are the best Horizon Hobby planes for this engine for IMAC?
I don't like engines setting around unused and want to put the Saito 125 to its best use.
Which of the two planes are better for IMAC?

For IMAC, I'd say the ShowTime. For 3D I prefer the FuntanaX100. Remember, both are only legal for IMAC Basic class. It allows any airframe.

Ok, basic class not a problem. IMAC flying is first choice for flying.
How do you compare the Showtime 4D with the Seagull Yak 54 90 size for aerobatic flying with the Saito 125.
Thanks,

Difficult comparison because they are so different. The ST is more like a pattern model.
