To be honest, it's been stalled recently. I just got back from a trip to San Antonio, Texas where I closed on my new house (and visiting my folks), and one of the other passengers in the plane was kind enough to cough and hack all over us from the seat right behind us, all the way from Cincinnatti to Houston...and now my lady and I both have his cold and we're both sick as dirt. However, I have cleared my building table of all other incidental building jobs and the Edge is my first priority, as soon as I can stand for an extended period of time. For the past few weeks my nights and weekends had been taken up my finishing up the house renovations, but that's done now and the house is officially on the market and listed in MLS.

All we need now is for ME to be up and about....

Jim

Thanks for reminding me, crabby. We've moved to Texas, and as of today I have my new Texas Driver's license, so I'm a Texican again. I went to a fly-in this weekend with a smaller 1.00 sized Seagull Edge, it was all I had finished. I've got my garage set up as a temporary shop and have fairly immediate plans to finish it up into a more proper shop with shelves and a dedicated table (instead of the white plastic fold-up thingies I have clamped together right now!). I think I should at least get the table built up right before finishing up the Wild Hare Edge, I've been very careful with it so far and I want to keep things that way. I hate the interruption, but life just has no mercy on us poor modelers who just wanna have fun.

I did order the canister and in fact I ordered the rear-exhaust canister but the front cowl-exhaust came instead. I was going to send it right back but after some thought I decided (and I can't remember why for the life of me right now ) to keep the front exhaust canister, I decided I liked it.

I have been organizing the parts for the Edge and pretty much everything is now out and available for finishing the build. As soon as I get the table together I'll get started again.

Jim
