17$ rims eh...

Thats just funny!!!

You dont know **** about grades of aluminum either do ya!!!

Do your research before shouting your mouth off!!!

Look around for billet 6061 aluminum rims... 100$ for 4 rims is cheap

Dont compare cheap china casted rims to machined billet rims............

Our rims come with a life time warrenty anyhow.

Peace Bro.
I Was not Bad mouthing your Product.
I work with Aircraft in the real world and I know a fair amount about Aluminum, as it is used Extensively throughout my industry.
6061 is not considered Aircraft Grade. I have seen that certain RC Manufacturers are using Higher grade Material to make Chassis Plates.
Thats why I made my post.
Also, $100 may be cheap compared to other MFG's, but it is still OVER half the cost of these 1/10 Redcats.
That said, the rims look AWESOME, and I like your lifetime warranty. And if my Peeps here say they hold up to The ABUSE, then I will take their word on it.
Honestly though,at that cost (even if it IS a good deal) I would save those wheels for racing if the weight is low enough, or for Bling on a Show car.
Just My Humble Opinion...........................
P.S. below are pics of my $17 rims

That Guy sure Ripped Me a New One ..eh?
Heres some more Bashing Video. This Volcano is NOT stock.
Running: OFNA Failsafe, Motor Saver Air filter, HPI header, Redcat Tuned pipe, T-Maxx Shocks, Proline Masher Tires, and my Famous $17 HPI Rims.
This Video was shot 10 days ago, I have since broken a lower arm and am waiting for a few other parts as well. I wish I could have used THIS truck on the Ramp!

Great videos guys, I love the commentary Red!! I wasn't too sure how well that ramp would work for you but it made for some great jumps. Your videos inspired me to order up a Volcano to try out. This will be the first monster truck I have owned, can't want to do some bashing.
