i purchesed a plane that has hs-311 servos i'm using a futaba reciver when power is turned on the servos make a buzzing sound is this normal i have never had any other servo do this but these are my first hitec so not sure if this is normal thanks

The 311's were known to buzz a little at neutral but it should go away if you move them. They should be fine. Note, that these are the least expensive servos that Hitec makes. Mike.
