Tex, your DT-02 MS came out nice. Im interested to hear why you deceided to go solid white on the body? As much as I like mine, (painted like the original MS) I realy like yours. It has a nice "clean" look to it.

Thanks for the info. I was trying to get new front tires for the frog. Ordered the astral wheels and proline ribs.

Too loose and it will be a one wheeler peeler. Too tight and, well, you already know about that.

If its too loose it will make a terrible noise when you gas it.

Nice thread, clean build, always a pleasure to read

My DT-02 MS should be here this week. Managed to find one out of the two sets that are available directly from the store here at the Arctic Circle..

Going to run it with the Nosram Dragon Brushless Sports Modified 9.5T or Team Checkpoint 12T Double Competition Off-Road Motor with the Evil Brushless Reverse ESC.

I´m already ordering from three different stores and still can´t find everything from one place. I got the Pro-Line Fronts and the Tamiya high density rear spike tires and I´m now trying to find astral wheels for them, namely Tamiya #51205 and #51206. Also the turnbuckle (#53828) and stabilizer set (#53829) would be nice.

It seems that eTamiya should have them all.. sigh, poor credit card.
