One gear in all my servos keeps stripping. Is there any better way than to keep buying 10$ dollar servos? Should I get a different brand of servo or is there a cheap place where you can buy like 10 gears?

if it keeps stripping then I'd suggest you just get better servos. Hitecs would be ideal because they're karbonite not nylon but they rotate in the wrong direction so you can't use them with the stock tx. Look at futaba servos 3114 is $14 at servocity.

I had hi-tec hs-55's and crashed yesterday and all I broke was the gear in all 3 cyclic servos. So now waiting to get some repair kits and will run my tower pros till then.

Not sure what servos your using, but for most you can just buy gear sets. If you are using the stock esky servos, gear sets are $2.50 at jaghobbies. A ton of other places sell them too.

Are the Futaba 3114 servos that much better over the HBK2
stock servos? Quality & speed? Would you wait till the stock
servos go out, or just upgrade to the 3114 right away?

there are many different types of plastics, as I'm sure you know, but even within nylon there are different grades. so even if both servos say nylon gears they are probably different grades and obviously some are stronger than others. whether you upgrade now or wait for the stock ones to fail is entirely up to you, risk vs $$. I'm still running my stock esky servos in my king2 with no problems.
