I have a bunch of that stuff somewhere I didn't even think about it. I gave upon it since its so hard to fuel proof to 30 percent nitro but I never thought about using it for electrics.

I ordered it from decalpaper.com. I plan on fixing it with clear coat spray enamel.

At our most recent club meeting, one of the more experienced guys did a show and tell on his inkjet waterslide decals. The results were nothing short of professional.
Wish I know which brand he used so I could pass it along.

Hello,

I just had a disappointing afternoon making decals with Evan Design HobbyCal that all failed by not sticking or leaving an ugly residue if I tried to clear up white backing with Winsor and Newton Dammar varnish. I learned three things at a cost of about $7 for each thing learned: 1) Don't use HobbyCal, 2) buy clear decals to begin with, and 3) Dammar varnish is NOT what you use to clear up white backing in case that is necessary, which it should not be.

Tom Wayburn, Houston

P.S. I would appreciate a few tips as to what is best to add signage (words only) to plastic model buildings with simulated brick siding, that is, rough texture.
