Tenax 7r is a plastic welder, so its a glue.

OK thanks, on the instructions it says to hold it for ten seconds and then the bond is made. I hold it for about 20 to 30 seconds and it doesn't stick at all why? do I have to do somthing else to make it stick properly?

Well, its possible that the specific kind of plastic you are using can't be bonded by that specific chemical.

Some plastic "glue" is actually a solvent that melts and "welds" the two pieces together. I'm guessing that this is that type of product. You have to use the correct type of plastic for it to work.

Most plastic welders do not work on lexan, chemically lexan is far beefier than most plastics.
