This is not stellar after-sales support by any definition. I've never had a company feel free to use a my credit card without my authorization before, speak with them about this and not respond. At this point, I've left it with my credit card company to deal with. Too bad the company performance with their business is not as good as the performance of the product. This type of experience with a business definately gives one serious pause about any repeat business. They sent you the decals before they charged your credit card?
