Thanks Dave. I was starting to wonder if I had to go back and look again..

Let's see if I have this right.. 66% of a 9.875" chord = 6.5175" and 66% of a 9.75" chord = 6.435" so there is a difference of .0825" in the placement of the thickest part of the airfoil.. That doesn't seem like enough to mess up the incidence +1 degree does it?

It doesn't sound like it, but it does.

When I built my Twins plane using Randy's wing and a HurriKane fuse I had to raise the LE a little over a degree, and then when I swapped back to one of Danny's wings, I had to do the opposite.

I really like how it flew with the R-200 wing so when I make "production" molds this summer I'll probably go that route as long as he'll sell them to me.. He may not if I start beating all the R-200's with my 'Y-Not 500'

Lee, the difference in the high point is only part of what's causing the incidence change. The LE of the wing is still basically in the same place, but the TE is raised due to the shape of the airfoil. You wouldn't have an issue if it were a flat bottom wing. Take the Lyle wing you made the saddle with, and just sit it .125" farther back on the saddle (so the TE is in the same place as the R200 wing), and see how far off the incidence is. It probably farther off than the R200 wing.

I see you took the Y-not suggestion, but since this is an airplane so I would call it the "Y - Knot"
