Status: offline 		I noticed it is getting increasingly difficult to undertand the need for this War room. If you look at the latest topics they are all about RC tanks. To me all that is happening now is we have two similiar sections that are dividing the traffic.

Wasn't this supposed to be for discussion about prototypical tanks and battle info?????

Is there some reason people are posting RC tank stuff here as opposed to the RC tank section? No big deal to me, but I just had to ask the question as the two sections are seeming to be the same lately.

Status: offline 		Lots of threads are being mistakenly started in here by, for lack of a better word, noobs running low resolutions (800x600, 1024x768) who don't care, know or bother to scroll down on the main RC Tanks forum (the giant sponsor ads not helping by pushing the list of threads down out of sight), so they head for the deepest sub-forum they can find, which is the War Room.

Got to agree some of the new members get in here by misstake,no big deal they find out in time and get to the right spot.For me I post stuff in here that is out of the mainstream of the main forum page.Not very much being disscussed here that falls under the description of the war room.A lot of the time the "war room" is a more fitting name for the main forum. There is a specific section for "RC tank clubs" yet posts about events are still posted in the forum along with all the other tank related posts.But this don't bother me because I know they want to get the word out about their club and up-coming events.For myself I put posts in here that are out of the main topics on the forum which are 1/16 and 1/24 scale models.Didn't realy think it made much difference because there isn't much going on in here.Kind on nice to have other areas to look around in,keeps it all active.

Maybe if this remains at the top, they'll get the picture.

Thats right. If a shop keeps its entrance round the back, blame the stupid customers for coming in through the exit at the front. Arrogance is so charming.

Wacky has brought up the point about this being the easiet place to stumble into so that explains a lot.

Status: offline 		Actually the forums are both kinda "crossed up" -- R/C stuff in the War Room,,"historical" paint/numbering schemes and details in the Main....Makes for interesting reading though ....!
