Hi everyone.
i'm presently with the hellfire stock 4.6 engine, which i think the piston and sleeve will not last me for long.
wondering should i buy the stock engine piston an sleeve or replace a new engine......
i notice the STS 30 is good, everyone is tallking about it, my friend is running with one of that too.
well, i'm looking into something different. any ideal??? a shop is offering me the OS 21 V-spec. but i'm looking for a 30 size and different form my friend.
NOT the picco, i can't get any spare part for that over here. my friend have a picco P3 engine jam.... looking for weekz.... still cannot get the part or any place selling these parts.... but the funniest thing is they sell the picco P3 engine... funny

Thank you

you could get the os 30 vg but i wouldn`t recomend it as a racing engine as it has a lot of bottom end and not great top end!

hope this helps

Over here the STS is hard to get parts for, we have to wait 2 to 6 weeks. It does produce a lot of power though, I have one that I quit using while waiting on parts. I have replaced it with a Picco 28. The Axial 28 and 32 have both been good for me, but they are really the same as your Hpi 4.6. I had really good luck with the Hpi, for the money, it is pretty hard to beat. It is hard to get excited about buying a piston and sleeve when you can buy the whole engine on Ebay for under 100 US shipped here. Tower sells the piston and sleeve for 66.99 plus shipping would probably kill you. For 40 dollars, it is pretty nice to have a spare head, one way bearing, carb etc... If your friend gets frustrated and wants to unload his Picco, I am sure there are a lot of folks that would not mind having it. Good Luck in your search and let us know what you do. BB

I would'nt put any of the above mentioned engines in it t be honest.Get something with some quality, like the Axe Rossi Cobra or Go.25 6port,these 2 engines are awesome, the Cobra has 3.23hp and revs as high as a .21 race engine with a .21's fuel consumption.I would'nt go for anything bigger than .28.My friend has a Cobra in his Jammin CRT Pro and it destroys allcomers quite regularly at his track. The Go.25 is as powerful and a fair bit cheaper but still retains a high quality.....
