On the Giant Hybrid I am curious on how you would drill out the holes in the firewall without getting them out of whack. I will be using a DL-50 with standoffs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Status: offline 		this is what i did for my DA50 but, it should be the same for your DL. i stuck the engine template to the firewall...... took a electric drill and had someone watch from the side the vertical alignment and i, while drilling was watching the horizontal alignment. got pretty straight holes.

Status: offline 		I agree with TikTok and that's how I did it although no assistance. Hopefully DL gives you a drilling template to use. Remember to offset the engine to the left of center if you plan to add right thrust. The amount obviously depends on how much right thrust you add. Dust off your geometry skills if the DL moounting instructions don't give you the proper offset.
