70 inch is a brian Taylor 109 E version, larger..80inch is Aeronautica plans - E - version, G, F - Version All plans are perfect... and prooved.. regards Tomas

Don't forget about the plans from ImpScale (Claude Baskins), the plans for the E are more than just the plans for the E, they cover the B, C and D models as well so you can do something few people have seen like a Spanish Civil War, two bladed prop birds. This one has an 80.4" wingspan. http://www.impscale.com/html/me-109_e.html The Claude Baskin plans are more scale than Meister (but not near as easy to build) and contain a bit more detail than either the Taylor or Aeronautica plans do,

Dave Platt offers a short kit for the Me-109. I have built two other Platt kits and they are wonderfully engineered.

I have the Baskin plans from IMP. I built an enlarged wing from those plans. I'd recommend.
