We were dirt oval racing at our local track last friday night. Someones battery pack exploded two tables away from us! Holy crap! Battery chunks flew all over the room, big black smokey spot left on table. I could not believe it, sounded like someone shot a BIG gun in the room. I checked out the situation and found out is was a little battery pack from a Losi slider. Cant imagine the size of the explsion if it would have been a sub c cell pack.

Anyhow, my son purchased a new Venom 4200 pack for racing, and tried it on friday. The pack fell on it's face inside a 5 minute heat race both times he tried to use it. What a POS not worth a pluged nickle in my book.
